Paula Luna

is a Chilean artist that’s found a home and thrived in London’s alternative-indie rock scene performing at venues like The Water Rats and the Amersham Arms after years of touring Latin America and the US as the front-woman of acts such as Tunacola, performing at festivals like SXSW and appearing on MTV, VICE, Remezcla and in Rolling Stone.

She focuses her artistry on merging dextrous power-pop vocals with the heavier guitar sound of alternative rock and indie bands such as Arctic Monkeys. Her lyrics are steeped in raw honesty and vulnerability, focusing on themes of liberation, infidelity, break-ups, and a particularly nostalgic take on the road not taken.

Live, Paula Luna’s show is energetic and enticing. The band invites the audience to be a part of the show and lose their inhibitions - dancing and jumping into the crowd, Luna blurs the barrier between the audience and the musicians. The performance also has moments that are intimate and introspective, making the length of the show a multi-layered experience of connection and entertainment.

“Imagine a mix of grunge, rock, darkness and indie all having a party; Luna’s vocals are engulfed with attitude yet mystery.” - The Art of Indie.
